TAYURT is a business-to-business platform for retailers, buyers, concept stores, private labels and other professional customers. Submitting an application does not guarantee account approval.

• Applicants must provide accurate business and contact information
• Approved access may be suspended if information is false or the platform is misused
• Private pricing and documents must not be published or shared outside the buyer's organization

Requests and quotations

An online order or sample submission is a request for review, not a final sale contract. A request becomes confirmed only after TAYURT provides written acceptance, final pricing, payment terms and any required production details.

• Availability, minimum quantities and lead times are reviewed before confirmation
• Taxes, duties, packaging, shipping and custom development are included only when stated in the quotation
• Changes requested after confirmation may affect price and timing

Samples

Samples are used to approve design, size, color, finish and workmanship before bulk production. Sample fees, shipping and timing are confirmed separately.

• Handmade variation within the approved character of the product is expected
• Feedback should be submitted through the sample workflow
• Bulk production may wait until required sample approval is recorded

Production and quality

Lead times begin only after required approvals and payments are complete. TAYURT uses small-batch hand production, so reasonable variation in weave and finish is part of the handmade product.

• Material availability may require an approved equivalent or revised schedule
• Buyer-supplied specifications must be complete and lawful to use
• Quality concerns should include the order reference, quantities and clear evidence

Pricing and payment

Private wholesale prices may vary by quantity, material, customization, packaging and destination. The applicable currency, deposit, balance and payment deadline are stated in the accepted quotation or invoice.

• Production may be paused when an agreed payment is overdue
• Bank, currency conversion, tax and import costs are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise
• Portal totals do not replace a final written quotation

Changes and cancellation

Because materials and production capacity are reserved for confirmed work, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the stage reached and the accepted quotation.

• Contact TAYURT immediately when a change is needed
• Completed custom work and purchased custom materials may be non-refundable
• Any approved credit or remake is documented against the relevant order

Acceptable use

Buyers must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, misuse another buyer's information or use TAYURT materials in a misleading or unlawful way.
