Shipping and samples

From approved sample to documented delivery.

This page explains the operational path for samples, production, packaging and international wholesale shipping.

Effective 17 July 2026

Sample workflow

Sample requests are reviewed for model, thread, color, size and destination before they are accepted. TAYURT confirms availability, cost and dispatch timing directly with the buyer.

  • A sample request is not confirmed until TAYURT accepts it
  • Tracking appears in the client portal when available
  • Buyers can approve a sample or request changes with written feedback

Production timing

Published lead times are planning estimates. The confirmed schedule depends on quantity, material availability, approvals, payment and production capacity.

  • The production clock starts after required approvals and payments
  • Custom development or late buyer changes may extend the schedule
  • Order milestones are updated through the client portal

Packaging

Standard or custom packaging is defined in the quotation. Buyers should provide packaging, labeling and barcode requirements before production confirmation.

  • Additional packaging development may affect cost and timing
  • TAYURT performs a final quality and quantity check before dispatch

Shipping

Courier, service level, shipping address, tracking and estimated delivery are recorded for confirmed shipments. Delivery dates supplied by carriers are estimates rather than guarantees.

  • The buyer must verify the shipping address before dispatch
  • Risk, insurance and shipping responsibility follow the accepted quotation or agreed shipping term
  • Carrier delays outside TAYURT's reasonable control may affect delivery

Duties and import requirements

Unless the accepted quotation states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs charges, permits and destination-country requirements.

  • Buyers should confirm product and labeling requirements for their market
  • Delays caused by customs or incomplete buyer information may affect delivery

Delivery issues

Inspect shipments promptly and contact TAYURT with the order reference, affected quantity, packaging condition and clear photographs when an issue is discovered.

  • Visible transit damage should also be recorded with the courier
  • Do not discard affected products or packaging before review
  • An approved remedy may be a replacement, remake, repair or credit depending on the confirmed facts
