TAYURT collects information that buyers submit through wholesale applications, product requests, sample requests, messages and account workflows.

• Company, contact and market information
• Work email and WhatsApp number
• Product configurations, quantities, notes and sample feedback
• Messages, uploaded attachments, invoice and shipping records
• Basic technical information used to protect the service from abuse

How we use information

We use this information to evaluate wholesale accounts, prepare quotations, manage samples and production, communicate with buyers, issue business documents and protect the platform.

Access and sharing

Operational information is available to authorized TAYURT administrators and to the relevant approved buyer. We do not sell personal information.

• Hosting, storage and security providers process information only to operate the platform
• Couriers and production partners receive only the information needed for their role
• Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law

Storage and retention

Buyer records are stored in the platform database and business files are stored in protected object storage. We retain records while a wholesale relationship is active and as reasonably needed for business, security, accounting or legal purposes.

• Account access is restricted by identity and approval status
• Administrative access is limited to configured owner accounts
• Backups and exports may be created for continuity and migration

Your choices

You may ask TAYURT to correct account information, provide a copy of your business contact data, or review a deletion request. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate accounting, dispute or legal reasons.

• Request a correction through the secure portal
• Ask about access or deletion through a TAYURT conversation
• Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a wholesale order

Cookies and authentication

The public catalog does not require a buyer account. Secure areas use essential authentication and session technologies. TAYURT does not currently use advertising cookies.

• Essential session data keeps approved and administrative areas protected
• If analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated

We may update this policy when the platform, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
